    You may use the 0140-TXV with or without its large detachable heads. If the heads are not attached, the 1040-TVX looks, feels, and works just like a traditional adjusting tool.  The heads are attached to reduce and spread out the force of the adjustment, if needed, The included bonus third head, (most come with only two heads), is for more local firm force. This is one of the strongest and most reliable tools on the market. It is made of medical grade stainless steel.
