These are well-made Western chaps. They have been sitting in the closet forever lol. Leather needs a good cleaning and zipper little rough needs a good oil. Looks like there is a couple of teeth missing. There is no worn-out spots just used a lot to show in back in the day. Pictures show a lot of the condition. The pictures have the measurement.
